Shri Avinash Mishra

Mr. AVINASH MISHRA is presently working as an Adviser (Water Resources & Land Resources, I&B, Culture, Panchayati Raj, Natural Resource and Environment Vertical) of NITI Aayog (GOI). He is having an experience of 34 years. His educational qualifications are B.E. (CIVIL), M.Tech. (Water Resources) from IIT Delhi. He has been working in the National Policy Planning formulation, and Action Plans of the country. He is a member of the Commission for Air Quality and Management in NCR and adjoining areas.

Also, he has represented the Planning Commission now NITI Aayog in the various technical advisory committees. Member of various Committees on Water Resources including the Committee on Water Resources of the Bureau of Indian Standards. He has participated in various Professional Development Programmes organized by National and International Agencies of repute many Certificate programs such as “Urban Management and Public service Delivery” from Lee Kuan Yew National University Of Singapore, Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Infrastructure Development” from Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad, the Management of Large-Scale Surface Irrigation System for Better Conservation and use of Water Resources from Asian Productivity organization Sri Lanka Colombo Entrepreneurship Development Programme in Solar Energy” from Ministry Of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government Of India.
